Q:Where did the idea for this logo come from?

After hours of going through images of candy shops, patisseries and general bakery themed designs.

Q:What application did you use to design this logo? E.g., Illustrator.

Adobe Illustrator.

Q:What was your design process for this logo? I.e., Did you start out with pen and paper then move to the computer?

Initial sketching/drafting on paper followed by refinement with still pen and paper. This is followed by scanning and vectorizing the ideas. Ideas were then further experimented with in Illustrator.

Q:What font(s) were used in the logo?

Sugarpie.

Q:How did you choose the color scheme for the logo?

From the design brief and preference of the client.

Q:How long did it take to complete the logo?

Roughly 2 working days.

Q:What do you feel was your biggest challenge in designing the logo?

Trying to express and mix the ideas in the client brief: Cute jewellery store mized with a candy store theme.

Q:Now that the logo is finished, is there anything you would change about it?

None.
