Q:Where did the idea for this logo come from?

The logo is a combination of various symbols – a wallplug, a building block and the letter N.

Q:What application did you use to design this logo? E.g., Illustrator.

Adobe Illustrator.

Q:What was your design process for this logo? I.e., Did you start out with pen and paper then move to the computer?

The logo was sketched on dot and grid papers until proportions and widths were established and then was built with the software.

Q:What font(s) were used in the logo?

ArtsansC Bold.

Q:How did you choose the color scheme for the logo?

It needed to be a strong brand logo, so I decided a bold combination of yellow+black would work well on this logo. This combination is subconsciously associated with building industry.

Q:How long did it take to complete the logo?

Several hours including sketching.

Q:What do you feel was your biggest challenge in designing the logo?

Designing this logo was pure fun, although I struggled a bit with stroke width.

Q:Now that the logo is finished, is there anything you would change about it?

I wouldn`t change anything
