Interview With Lustin
Q:Where did the idea for this logo come from?
I was thinking about to create a logo, about choppers, since I love them very much. I came up with a idea that using the “o” as wheels of the bike. Since most of the chopper riders are metal music lovers, I combined it with a font which I created and connected with the dark world of metal music.
Q:What application did you use to design this logo? E.g., Illustrator.
Illustrator.
Q:What was your design process for this logo? I.e., Did you start out with pen and paper then move to the computer?
First sketches to paper. When I decided it is complete, I draw it in computer.
Q:What font(s) were used in the logo?
No fonts used. I drew the letters.
Q:How did you choose the color scheme for the logo?
It must be dark. So I decided with black, and it’s a little bit light version grey.
Q:Do you have any sketches of the logo in the early stages?
Q:How long did it take to complete the logo?
About a week. Computer part took about 2-3 hours.
Q:Now that the logo is finished, is there anything you would change about it?
It seems too much gothic. Maybe I can change that, although it symbolize the metal music with its gothic looking side, It can be changed later.
