It was inspired from a junction sign, and its shadow appropriately creates a “w”. Inkscape, and I used it from the start to the end in making the logo.

I directly play around with typefaces, and then with shades. All of these done directly on the software, to create a more tangible visualization.

Florencesans SC Black and Bauhaus Md BT

Q:How did you choose the color scheme for the logo?

I based it on vintage color schemes and cubism paintings

Q:How long did it take to complete the logo?

About a day.

Q:What do you feel was your biggest challenge in designing the logo?

Making the typefaces go well with each other without losing the impact of the entire mark.

Perhaps the colors. Make them a little modern.
