Q:Where did the idea for this logo come from?
The bug is implied mountain terracing, and I just needed a solid, profesional-looking font for this zen, peaceful project manager.
Q:What application did you use to design this logo? E.g., Illustrator.
Adobe Illustrator.
Q:What was your design process for this logo? I.e., Did you start out with pen and paper then move to the computer?
Did a few sketches, then did some recreations in AI, and deducted based on her preferences.
Q:How did you choose the color scheme for the logo?
She loves really peaceful and earthy themes, so I thought green would do it. But I wanted it to look corporate, so I desaturated a bit, and darkened.
Q:How long did it take to complete the logo?
About 3 months.
Q:What do you feel was your biggest challenge in designing the logo?
Keeping the lines clean, and making it look like terracing.
Q:Now that the logo is finished, is there anything you would change about it?
I think I might want to change a few things, she kind of wants to think on it…
