Interview With Jeiji
Q:Where did the idea for this logo come from?
Absolutely nowhere. F’real. I was just sittin’ at a bus stop, and I was talking to a friend, and I interrupted him with this idea.
Q:What application did you use to design this logo? E.g., Illustrator.
Adobe Illustrator CS4, homes.
Q:What was your design process for this logo? I.e., Did you start out with pen and paper then move to the computer?
Thought about it after I told my friend on the bus ride home, and waited a few months to get to doing it on the computer.
Q:What font(s) were used in the logo?
Bauhaus 93.
Q:How did you choose the color scheme for the logo?
Fingerprints are usually black.
Q:How long did it take to complete the logo?
About 45 minutes after I finally got to it. But if you count slack time… about 2 months…
Q:What do you feel was your biggest challenge in designing the logo?
Not much, really. I knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted to do it, and I knew exactly how it would look as I thought about it on the bust ride home.
Q:Now that the logo is finished, is there anything you would change about it?
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm no. Maybe there would be a better way to do it, but I like it as is.
