Interview With Jeiji
Q:Where did the idea for this logo come from?
I saw a simplified picture of a bear, and I thought it was alarm clock. So I took action.
Q:What application did you use to design this logo? E.g., Illustrator.
Adobe Illustrator. Tch! Of COURSE.
Q:What was your design process for this logo? I.e., Did you start out with pen and paper then move to the computer?
I sketched it out a few times on paper, but I pretty much knew what I wanted it to look like.
Q:What font(s) were used in the logo?
Eurostile.
Q:How did you choose the color scheme for the logo?
Bears are brown. So I was like… yeah.
Q:How long did it take to complete the logo?
About 45 minutes.
Q:What do you feel was your biggest challenge in designing the logo?
There really wasn’t much to make this design difficult, but I always have problems choosing appropriate fonts. I changed it like 4 times, and finally landed on Eurostile, with some input from the design community.
Q:Now that the logo is finished, is there anything you would change about it?
No, I thought I wanted to add eyes, but it doesn’t need them.

Wow I really like this one. Its very simple and clean. Very flexible to use too since it is only two color so that makes it easy as a logo to be on a lot of stuff.
